The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, packaging and invoice. Keep the original packaging if possible.
Exceptions
Some categories such as consumables or special nature products may be excluded per store policy. This is indicated on the product page when applicable.
Refund method
Refunds are processed according to the original payment method (cash on delivery, card, or transfer) or as store credit, depending on available procedure. Processing may take several business days.
