The challenge
Telecom sites decay through disorder. Unlabelled patch cords, overfilled trays and undocumented changes turn a ten-minute intervention into a half-day of tracing cables in the dark.

What we did
We prepared the sites, installed and commissioned the equipment, and imposed a documented standard on the physical layer: ODF layout planned before termination, racks organised by function, cable management routed and secured, every port labelled to a scheme.
